There is just no colour .. her skin.. the hair and the dress .. Such a Disappointment..

There is nothing what i dont like in what Jennifer Lopez is wearing .. The smoky eyes .. perfect updo for the hair .. and she is wearing Zuhair Murad !!!!! i love him

Jessica Alba, in Sophie Theallet for Gap looks absolutely lovely.. so womanly and perfect for the occasion.. and i love the colour..i could go on and on 

She has been awarded No.1 from me .. 

Taylor Swift, wearing Ralph Lauren has been getting really good reviews from everyone ..

but i just don't like it .. to me she looks between old fashioned country girl..& ghostly !!!! and she really needs to change how her hair looks .. its been the same since ages !!

Its been a month that i have been contemplating .. whether i should chop my long brown hair or not ! i will do it for my birthday .. which is coming sooon !! 27th May !! .. im going to be 21 ! i have to make it memorable .. somehow!

Long hair is a B*itch .. i have to take so much care .. and have major issues with hairstyles .. i just dont know how to turn n twist and roll to make it look different .. so i end up looking the same .. everyday .. and its been very long since i saw myself differently .. The last time i had a huge change was when i piecered my nose .. and also i have issues with coloring my hair .. Its just not an option for me .. and im always going to be a hair colour virgin.. i want to grow old grey :)

But What stops me from this is when my mother uses her quote.

"When a woman cuts her hair, she looses her beauty"

I guess its time .. and i want hair like herr !!!

2010 May Issue VOGUE

It felt good to see the cover of May issue of Vogue ..
Felt like Summer is back .. so fresh .. so clean .. the way summer is supposed to be.. and not like the heat we are going through !!

Deepika Padukone graces the cover of the Denim issue ... with a new haircut and an even hotter look .. i had to admit ..i love it .. the styling done is perfect .. absolutely spot on .. simple, chic, such a fresh breath of air ! i didnt know dungrees could look so good... ! but i guess il just stare and admire this Jean-Paul Gaultier for Levi's denim ..i would never wear them though .. the bust shape and stitching puts me off ..

Rock Your Soul ..

We began our contemporary routine taught to us by Tara-Jean .. with this song ..

It made me smile for a long time .. i felt freedom ..
just listen to the song .. in the night .. before going to bed .. and think about him/her ..

New Beginnings .. with a lot of Chaos .. Excitement .. Happiness :)

I have been wanting to talk about issues .. new happenings in the fashion world .. but i seem to be just caught up with things in my own life .. ! 

To start with .. I am now Interning with Bombay Rayon Fashions Ltd (BRFL). Its a HUGE export house and im just soo delighted to be a part of it. It all hapened today when i went to give my interview. 2 very important men in the design team took my interview. The first guy was easy .. but the second guy was Tough ! .. He asked me questions that were expected .. nothing out of the box .. but its impact hit me by the way he asked me ! i sure was Nerve Wrecked.. ! I have a month to intern with them .. and then 2 projects to present after which they will decide if im worth keeping or better off to let go .. i want them to choose the former .. :)

So lots to learn in a very short time .. im like a sponge now .. 

Talking of learning in a short time .. by now if u read my blog like ur bible everyday .. you would know how passionate i am about dance .. and its now time to Bless SHAIMAK DAVAR!

He has got Tara-Jean and Vincent.. Winners of So you Think You Can Dance 2009 Canada to Mumbai .. 

Both these talents are conducting workshops at Grant Road and Juhu .. and i currently spend one whole hour with Tara-Jean everyday !!! 

Its been 2 classes .. where we learnt contemporary and street Salsa routines .. everyday we look forward to a new form .. and tomorrow is HIP HOP ! im so excitedd!.. Tara is absolutely brilliant .. Her energy in class in INFECTIOUS ! 

So I am Back !

Final paper = Check
Final Year = Check

GRADUATION = CHECK !!!

I can finally call myself as a qualified F*cking FASHION DESIGNER NOW ! *Big bang yay!!!*

So to celebrate the success and give myself a break .. i went off with  my best friends .. for 3 days .. and did just about NOTHING ! but surprisingly i found myself tired .. exhausted .. little lonely as well .. but it was sure a well deserved break .. *pics of which i shall upload in a few days as and when i get them*

And i came back to a New Laptop!!!! My new soul mate ... i use my lappy like a desktop and it almost never leaves my side .. the previous one lated for a good 3 years ... and i think it died in natural course .. coz the air that prevails here is completely toxic .. so a new laptop was mandatory .. was about time .. :)

So we are the proud owners of Dell Inspiron 15 .. *im sort of falling in love with it now*
