Going with the Queuing system, the first 160 customers will get a bracelet and will be given a specific time to shop at the store. Every customer can buy the whole collection but with a limitation of buying maximum one per product, i.e. not more than one size (shoes/garments) or piece (accessories) per product per customer. The limitation covers the whole Jimmy Choo for H&M Collection!!

Jimmy Choo for H&M
Jimmy Choo is the next in line joining in the series of other designers and high end brands that have churned out limited collections for H&M. The collection comes out in selected stores on 14th Nov and i was amused to see that a special queuing system also has been devised for customers who are expected to heavily bombard H&M stores on the day of launch.

Fashion Factory: Mr. McQueen
When i saw this collection, i had absolutely no words.. I am still struggling to put this into words.. What to do you say to such clothes?Just clothes or art pieces? or crazy imagination actually poured into silhouettes? Alexander McQueen is the man who is just the right wacko head who could come out dressed in short, reptile-patterned, digitally printed pieces.
McQueen, according to his logic detailed in a press release, "Was casting an apocalyptic forecast of the future ecological meltdown of the world: Humankind is made up of creatures that evolved from the sea, and we may be heading back to an underwater future as the ice cap dissolves." The result of which was each dress was a work of computer generated art which puts him in the big league of designers who embrace technology with all its glories.

Give way to the Disco Cavewoman ..!!
I am sure everyone in Fashion cant take their eyes off Balmain. I Cant !
The past 3 collections have been path breaking and given rise to a very strong trend. Their highly padded shouldered Jackets, shoes, belts studded with metal are to die for and the look just cannot be missed. Christophe Decarnin, the man standing behind this and the success of Balmain, has created a collection that has already been a complete sell out. From Beyonce to Kate Moss to stores like Topshop.. everyone seems to be cashing in on this current wave..
Gear up for Balmain Spring/ Summer 2010 Ready-To-Wear:

Its LOoSe EnDs !
"Somewhere between the real and the surreal there is a corridor.
A maybe corridor.
Maybe this looks good. May be that looks goodish.
Maybe this will work. Maybe we will be out of work.
Maybe this makes sense. Maybe that doesn’t…
thank God it doesn’t.
Maybe we’re at a loose end. Many loose ends.
Millions of loose ends."
This is what this store " Loose Ends" located in Bandra, Mumbai describes itself as.
My love for everything Quirky and Kitch got me interested in this brand since long now. From cushion covers to ash trays, They have loosen their ends completely leaving it unique, funny and one of a kind.

Snip Snap !
Victor & Rolf , an Amsterdam based fashion brand, have always come up with creations that are beyond anyone's league. These boys will never take it safe, will they ?
What? How ? I mean ? Did they do this !? How is this fabric defying the laws of gravitation !?
Truly Fabulous ..
